Chef Paul Gerstenmaier

Chef Paul has been the Head Chef at Virtues for over ten years.

In the past three years Chef Paul has continued to mature Virtues food and menus to satisfy any palate; attempting cuisines of the world, holiday treats or a healthy dining experience.

Chef Paul graduated from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in 2004 and immediately accepted an internship at the famed Pinehurst Country Club.  He was quickly promoted, following his internship, to Lead Cook where he continued through 2007.

Upon moving back to Ohio, Chef Paul joined Ken Stewarts and then came on board at Virtues in 2008 under Executive Chef Frank Zifer. He then became the Head Chef in 2011 and continues the tradition of excellence.
