Executive Chef Frank Zifer
Frank Zifer began his training in the culinary field at the age of 15 by working in his family's pizzeria and restaurants. His formal training took place at the Buckeye Vocational School and the Cincinnati Culinary Arts Academy, affiliate of the famed Culinary Institute of America. He took these humble experiences with him abroad finding himself training in Zurich, Switzerland where he worked in the acclaimed Five Star restaurant, Au Premier. Notably, he went on to assist Chef Alexandra Haab on the Zurich Culinary Olympic Team and cook for the king and queen of Sweden. He also spent time in the culinary salon in Portland, OR for the Multnomah Athletic Club, had twelve year tenure in Canada and worked as Executive Chef for the Schatered's Golf Resort in London, Ontario.

Chef Frank has also worked under the acclaimed Franco Prevodello's Chef who apprenticed under Anton Mosimene and has worked for major corporations such as the Cleveland Wyndham Playhouse Square, Janis Corporation and the Sheraton Corporation. He has been featured on Fox 8 and 95.5 - The Fish. Chef Frank brings his 25 years of unique culinary experiences to Virtues.
